Ok, have all of the parts with you you will need new rotors pads and emergancy break assembly with pads (if you would like to use the Emergency break). 1. Remove the tire. 2 Remove the Caliper two 10mm bolts. 3. Pull off old pads 4. hit the rotor with a rubber mallet maybe use some wd40and pull off the rotor. The rotor may not want to come off because of the Emergency break assembly that it has rusted to but with force and time it will come off. and then reverse the process.
