Attempt to purchase wiper refills but only buy them by matching vehicle make, model and year to the correct refill part numbers. Note that these are very difficult to find nowadays. The refills will have some general instructions. Essentially, you bend the clip on the end outwards so the rubber blade can slide out.
Alternatively, you may want to invest a couple of extra bucks on a wiper blade. The blades are a little tricky to find sometimes. See related link below. This maintenance takes less than a minute and literally snaps right off and right on.
