the low and high beam are in one bulb. remove the battery and air filter and you will have access to them

i dont think they have a fuse.you either have a blown blub or its the highlow beam switch itself

Should only be one per side. I would imagine it would be a Sylvania 9007 bulb. They are dual beam in a 2002 so I believe that its the same. Dual beam as in both bright and dim.
You will see a plastic cover in front of the radiator. It is held in place by a velcro strip. Lift this cover and you will find the high and low beam bulbs on the rear of the headlamps. Twist and pull to remove them and then unplug the wiring harness. Re-install new bulbs in the reverse order
