How do you install the window motor in a 2000 GMC Sierra Pickup?

I had the driver side window motor go in my 200 GMC Sierra 1500. I got prices from dealers over $400. After a lot of research I found a wrecker near Toronto Ontario where I got the brand new motor and rails for $113 including tax. I found a site through a web search that showed how to do the job yourself. It took me an hour and a half and I saved myself over $300. I have it on my laptop at home. I will get it tonight and repost on here tomorrow morning. I am no where near a mechanic. I am actually an elementary school teacher. Give me until tomorrow and I will post back here.
