BEFORE YOU DO ANY OF THIS CLOSE minecraft
First, download winRAR, run and instal it and everything. then download Too Many Items and keep the window open. next, go to the start button at buttom left of your computer screen. type in %appdata% After that opens, double click the .minecraft folder, then double click the bin folder. the double click area where it says minecraft with a picture of some books on the left. then drag in the Too Many Items into the thing you opened from the .minecraft folder. once dragged in, delete the META-INF folder if it is in the folder. Lastly, close all and play minecraft. when you open minecraft, open your enventory and hit the letter "o"
