You can't give birth in the first episode (Amethyst Mountains) but in the second episode (Slough Creek) you have to give birth to pups and look after them eg. feed them, protect them and keep them healthy till they are old enough to hunt with you.
How do you pee on wolfquest?
On the first episode you can NOT pee! But once you get to the Slough Creek episode, you can, after you find a territory. Once you find one, your mission is to mark your territory. So all you have to do is walk around in the yellow-half-of-a-circle, and keep on pressing the p on your keyboard to.... pee. After you reach 100%, don't forget that you have to continue marking your territory every time the scent starts to fade away. (aka: you have to pee constantly, not just one time and that's it.)

Once you fight off 1 wolf in all three territories, go to any one of them and try to find a dispersal wolf, different gender to your wolf. (btw sorry the answer is so long!) you find a den in slough creek (green spots on the map- they are in the middle) then mark. after you have marked, you find pups! (keep at least 3 alive!) although i ended up with 1 once! >:O
