1. Check the bottom : If there are green or purple or other colours of tint unlike traditional Cds
2. Label : If it is handwritten or printed of an ink jet printer , then it is fake.
3. CD Case : If the CD Case is a Standard Jewel Box It is fake.[I think]All audio CDS or Games Programme has a glossy insert. Also make sure it has one
4. Pricing : If the pricing is VERY VERY Cheap like Sims Which is usually sold MAYBE for $30.00+ or more and sold for $10 or less , then its obviously fake.
To copy a CD that is not a copy you can get a RW CD. This is a CD that can have things copied onto it.
eBay has this. So does Amazon.

Yes, I believe in the 90's, Ray Price did a an album/CD totally in Spanish. It was called Los Dos, but it has been never available for sale. So unless you know someone who has a copy, it's almost impossible to find. It's a great CD, I happened to know someone who had a copy of it.
You could make a copy of a movie or song. EDIT: You can have an external copy of your file which is stored on your CD.
Unless you have a dual CD drive system, you will have to copy [rip] the 1st CD onto your hard drive, then copy [burn] those files onto the blank CD. If you have a dual drive system, insert the 1st CD into the read only drive and the blank into the CD-RW drive and transfer the data.
