Well, you'd know if someone has blocked on you on Messenger because when you try and talk to this particular person, the message will not send and it'll say that the person has blocked you.

There is 2 lists: Allow and Blocked lists.
If you right click on one contact and look at the delete option:
* If you can click on it: Then that contact has deleted you from their list, it doesnt mean that he/she has blocked you but just removed you * If you can not click on it: Then that contact hasn't deleted you, but can still have blocked you There is a website there you log in with you messenger id. (Account name and Password)
Then it shows you who is blocking you. But it send a message to all you contact because it has your information, I don't think it saves your information, just send a message one time. But I don't remember nether the name or address.

∙ 15y agoDelete the user from your friends/buddy list. After deletion, add him/her again to your friends list. A message will pass to the user asking for permission for friend request. If he accepts request and you get confirmation, means the user has not blocked you. If you dont see any message and "friend request pending" appears next to name/alias/ID, it means that 1. User has blocked you in messenger. 2. User didnt get online until this period. This is the best method to know blocked status.

∙ 11y agoFirst of all you have to send them a message, then it would usually say you no longer have permission to speak to this person. If so that means your blocked. I have not been on Instant Messanger in two years so it might of changed.
