You'll know because she'll finally allow the new born kittens to suckle. Cats generally don't allow suckling to begin until all the kittens have been born. Keep an eye out when they do that they all find a teat. The cats milk has very important extra nutrients in the few hours after birth that help boost the new kittens immune system. They all need to get a feed!

∙ 13y agoWell, when ur cat is pregnant she has a big belly and her nipples are big and full of milk. And how you know she is about to give birth she will be laying in the spot you put a box with a little blanket shredded newspaper which you should have done, she will be laying in her box and red stuff will start to leak out of her but. You know when the kitten is coming out when she is howling and howling a noise you have never heard before and that is how you tell!
