The Coding inside the game will tell the server that you have purchased it from EB games, and will then give you the option to turn on Flaming Recon Armour

I am a noob on Halo 3 and I know about the Vidmaster Achievements to get Recon so my question is do the vidmaster things work and second how do you challenge someone with Recon and does that work too?
You don't get recon for the vidmaster achievements. And you don't get Recon challenging someone with it. You need to make an amazing Halo video or win a Bungie competition.
How do you get a flaming recon helmet in halo reach?
The only way to have got it is by pre ordering Halo Reach. In other words... it's to late. You can also get it by having a bungie.net account. You need to get some achievements about *vidmaster* from Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST and follow what they tell you for a recon helmet, i don't know if it comes with flames.
What is the easiest armor to unlock in Halo 3?
the mark vi or CQB but if you already know that,id start with Eva (complete all campain on normal) or hayabusa (collect 13 skulls in campain to unlock all of it)

Okay, you didn't do the 49 original Halo 3 achievements. You also need at least 1000 Gamerscore in Halo 3 alone. So if you've met those, go to Bungie.net and then send them a message saying that, and they'll re-activate it. If/when you get it back, don't do any more of the original Halo 3 achievements. The original ones are the ones that are done on maps, or offline play, that aren't on mythic maps, just so you know. ;)
