Locate the fuse panel, usually under the dash or under the hood up against the fire wall (both on the drivers side).On the inside of the cover there is often a 'map' of what fuse controls what. Other times the fuses are labeled right on the fuse bracket next to the fuse itself. Use plenty of light and get a small screwdriver to pop the fuses out. Use a volt/ohm meter if you have one as fuses can often blow and not appear so to the eye
