If you look at the bottom side of the oil pan you will see a drain plug. Remove it. The oil pan is bolted to the bottom of the engine.

Remove the big bolt on the oil pan to drain it. Put it back on. Unscrew old filter and screw on the new one. Then pour new oil in at the filler on the valve cover.

Check the shift solenoid on the side of the 95 Camaro transmission. Also check for any vacuum leaks. You most likely have a problem with one of these.

you might be low on transmission fluid
could be a defective oil pressure switch or a grounded wire or no oil in pan
