First of all, bring your number one piston to top. Number one is the first one from the right (passenger side). There is a mark for this on the front of the belt cover. The timing mark on the crankshaft pulley should be aligned with 0. There will be two horizontal pit marks on one camshaft sprocket and one (a little bigger) on the other camshaft sprocket. These should fit together. Now the timing mark on the face of the timing belt sprocket should be a couple of degrees to the right of straight up. There will be a 5E on the timing belt sprocket. This 5E is what needs to be just to the right of straight up. Tighten everything down and your engine should start.
