workout at least 30 mins a day. try to go on a diet. walk your dog wash the car. try out for fitness exercise class. you could if your desperate and have work and don't have time for that stuff you could eat those cheap meals that come in those packets. realy thou, all they do is keep you from gaining wait not losing. also it matters if your at school work college home or other places. at school always go to recess and run two to three laps. if you still have recces in your grade. home, do pushups situps run up and down the stairs and try to do 100 situps. for some people this may gain weight by giving you muscle others it will just lose weight. if your at college, if your room just get out and about and walk. when you wake up you can take a shower and then do exercise. if your a parent of a baby you could when their asleep turn on a yoga program and do that exercise walk around the house while eating dinner, be creative.
