You can not lose ten pounds in a day without exercise. You can not swallow ur spit or drink any water for the whole day but that would result in you losing only one pound. To lose a pund one must burn 3200 calories!!!
No meat,no candy,no dairy or ale.Go on a vegetarian diet.

I am currently on effergin and i have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, in my job [ driver ] i have no time to exercise, i have lost this weight without exercise , i have walked my dog for app 15Min's each day and that's all the exercise i have had , i have had no side effects with the tablets, and i do suffer from a stomach illness [ hiatus hernia ] sorry about spelling , would recommend these tablets, i did have my doubt's about these but i have struggled to lose weight due to my job.
Not a day. It will take about 1-2 weeks to lose weight, and then you need to be diciplined. Drink water - about a cup an hour to stop mass dehydration and exercise at the same time and then you should lose quite a bit of weight - in 2 weeks you can lose up to 15 lbs.
