Eat/drink healthier. Give up sodas, alcohol and everything deep fried.

I think they say with diet and excercise you should be able to lose at least 2 pounds a week. I would say that at 210 you should be able to drop 10-15 pounds rather quickly. Depending on height, age and sex. Women tend to lose weight slower and the older you get the harder it is to lose. For a quick answer without any other info I would say 10-20 pounds. if you lost 4 pounds each week and you wanted to lose 40 than you would have to do that for 10 weeks.
