From what I understand it isn't healthy to loose that large an amount of weight in that short of time. Some things to try and aid in loosing weight are the special K diet loosing 12lbs in 6 weeks I believe and drinking more milk. Cut back on caffeine intake and watch the fats that you consume I lost 15 lbs in three weeks eating nothing but beans, veggies, soy and drinking nothing, but skim milk and water. I felt great and full while doing it too.

you can lose 186 pounds by getting on a strict diet and exercising like 2 times a day everyday it will be a long process but you will get results.. eat healthily and you should starts losing. run a mile a day, bike ride like 2 miles day, do like 50 crunches and 50 sit ups afterwards and drink plenty of water no soda or sugary candy and stuff or chips... i lost 120 by doing that i lost it in a year and a half It mostly depends on how much you weigh in the first place. You could always use Nutrisystem, which does let you lose weight, but only healthy weight loss.

Do not eat veggies or exercise. It will make you a carnivore even more. To lose weight, go for 1 day without food. Now eat a black ant. ONLY 1. Then eat lotsa grain.
