In order to lose weight, everyone can follow a very simple recipe: To eat healthier and fewer calories and to burn more calories than those we eat. According to recent studies, the safest rate of pounds one can lose per week is 3 pounds, which mean in 4 months, it's not safe and probably not possible to lose 65 pounds, because it will take almost 6 months to lose that quantity of weight in a safe and sure way.

surgery. plain and simple.

*Even with surgery and a RADICAL change in diet you'd be lucky to lose 60 or 70 pounds in that time unless you are extremely obese, as in over 500 lbs then your body could possibly shed more but even then its doubtful you would lose 160. Even with cosmetic surgery like lipo it is doubtful you'd find any reputable doctor how would be willing/able to remove that much fat from your body.

You couldn't possibly gain 160lbs in 4 months, so how could it be possible to lose it?

Its possible but it wont be very easy but like i said its possible

So how to lose weight..

Drink about - 6-8 glasses of water a day

No fried or greasy foods

No more sweets

Do exercise two times a day total time of exercise for the day : 3-4 hours you have to do lots of exercise because of how much weight you would like to lose do lots of cardio!!

Get lots of motivation

And if you are under 18 and live with your parents if they get junk or unhealthy food tell them to stop buying it or get the will to keep away from those foods

eat wheat bread only no white bread and 100% stay away from red meat.

Portions of food :

serving of rice you can eat : the size of a Baseball

Chicken and fish : the size a tennis ball

and esc....

eat about 2-3 very small portions of food per day

Eat about 500 calories a day i know its very very little but it will help you lose alot
