There is really no correct way to lose six inches in a month- because your own personal style of life is how you do it...

You can join a health club (weight watchers, Jenny Craig etc, eat less, play a sport (Netball, soccer), daily exercises (walking, riding a bike, jogging etc) and even doing something fun- like Zumba (which is so much fun)!

Go for whatever you want- wanna lose six inches, START TODAY!
