Eat about 40-70grams of carbs a day or less. Go on jogs for about 40 mins a day. Im not telling you to do a 1 hour jog in 1 day but try and do 20-30 min jogs then rest for about 2-3 hours then jog again. Cycling is also good for losing calories so try that as well as jogging. Have lots of water and salad but stay away from food high in calories.
don't try it but that is a 6.6 lb weight loss and doing it that fast all your gonna do is lose water weight which puts you at risk for dehydration which can land you in the hospital. you have to burn way more calories than you take in and constant exercise and 16 glasses of water a day(double the rec amount) stay away from salt. i would say no carbs, lots of exercise and water-but even doing this you are not guarenteed to lose anything you have to hope your body cooperates. i wouldn't waste your time because even if you lose those 6 lbs you will gain them back the next day plus more probably. sorry:(
