plenty of exercise and a healthy diet will make you loose weight. while what this person said in the sentence before me is accurate some people cant exercise so u have look at that also.. eating small portions of meals and more of them a day will help out per say u have a large steak and potato's, split them in half or even a 1/4 and don't go back for seconds Wait a few hours then eat some more of it.. also eat it slow, eating fast is telling your stomach that its not full yet while if u eat it slow your stomach has time to catch up and tell the brain its full. exercise is important but don't push yourself if u feel a burning sensation anywheres in your body slow down for a while and give your body a rest.. if u push that burning sensation to much you will tear a muscle. stay away from the sweets.. eat greens with meals.. salads are extremely healthy for you try eating at least one or two salads a day.. but don't give up on your beef or other meats.. they play an important roll in your body also..
