At 5'7" and 123, you're doing just fine. Don't buy into the hype of the perfect woman, which on too many magazine covers and in too many TV shows is an anorexic, unhealthy person. Starving yourself, apart from causing great health concerns, actually slows your metabolsm so that you lose weight more slowly. Stay active, eat good amounts of healthy food and treat yourself once in a while. You'll live a long, healthy life and be happy with yourself. Don't starve yourself. That is actually a good way to gain weight. Your body will begin to believe that it is being starved. Then, when you do eat, your body will hold on to more fat than it normally would, in order to survive. My suggestion to you is to join Weight Watchers as they will teach you how to lose weight safely and for good. So far, I have lost 21.6 pound and still counting in 5 months. Stay positive. You can reach your goal.
Its never a good ider to starve yourself!!! you are at a normal weight for your age and if you are still worryed take part in a sport like soccer or tennis,
I doubt that you can starve yourself for a month as your body will not allow it. It all depends on how much you weigh now and how active you are.
About 3 pounds. More if you are wearing a heavy coat.
She weighs 120 pounds :) but remember sweetie, don't try to starve yourself to look like that. If anything, men like curvy women ;)
On Mars, you weigh 37.7% as much as you would on Earth. If you weigh 100 pounds on Earth, you weigh only 37.7 pounds on Mars. If you weigh 150 pounds on Earth, you weigh only 56.6 pounds. The equation is .37 x Earth weight = Martian weight.
On Mars, you'd weigh 76.38 pounds.
To figure out if you are too heavy, or to determine your body weight, you can weigh yourself on a scale. This will tell you how much you weigh, in pounds. From there, you can form a proper diagnosis.
I always weigh myself without clothes. If you do it that way, you won't have to vary pounds based on the weight of your clothes. If you must weigh yourself with clothes, take off your shoes and subtract 2 lbs.
10.02 pounds. Take the weight and multiply it by .167 to find the "Moon weight"
On Saturn, you'd weigh 345.00 pounds.
On Earth you would weigh 30 pounds.
You need to divide your weight in pounds by 2.2.
