You have to eat less refined (processed) carbs and do regular cardio exercise.

Of course there are thousands of diets out there. The trick is finding what is right for you that you can stick to consistently. Carbs are a definite no go! So are fried foods and sugars.

Try eating normally for a day and count how many calories your normally eat. You may be surprised, most people are, at how many calories you consume. A doctor, dietician or nutritionist can advise you on what your normal intake should be. Then, exercise, but it is important to find the exercises that target your problem areas. For instance, push ups aren't really going to help those love handles.

Find a cardio exercise routine that works for you and one that you can stick to. Commitment is everything.

go on a very stricked diet and stay on it dunt be tempted to come off if you do take out all the things in your house u feel like eating !

give up sodas, everything deep fried and all your sweets, incl muffins, donuts and similar. Do something that'll keep your heart rate elevated for one hour each day.
