You can simply lose weight by doing exercise as well as having proper diet. You should join a Gymnasium near your home or office and take proper training for it.

Make sure you are not deceived by quick weight loss scheme.

The weight you currently want to reduce has not grown in few days vice versa it will be lose in some months.

Don't expect to see results in 1 week it takes time.
