that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. i don't think it will hurt you to get up and get some exercise. now the only way to lose weight without doing anything is to go anorexic and that is super unhealthy and stupid. so suck it up and go run on a treadmill!

U wont lose much weight cuz all ur doing is losing energy and not calories. You need to exercise to lose weight and plus if u do this u might even get a disease
I would say that to lose that much weight, you will need to go on a low fat diet and also to exercise doing cardo at least 3 or 4 times a week. That is a good balance for losing weight.
There is no 'fast' way to lose that much weight. It wasn't gained fast, it won't go away fast. You are talking about a year to safely lose that much weight without causing major health problems. Sensible diet and exercise will help a great deal.
