Heat up your wok or a large non-stick skillet to high heat. Once wok or skillet is at maximum heat, add the oil. Thi smay smoke a bit. Step 2 Once pan is heated and oil is added, add the snow peas, pepper, scallions, mushrooms and your bean sprouts and stir fry for about one minute. This will help to flavor the oil. Step 3 Next add in the ginger and garlic and stir fry for about two more minutes. Step 4 Toss in your cooked noodles and stir around, then add the soy sauce and toss entire contents to be sure to coat everything evenly. Step 5 Finally you are ready to transfer the lo mein to a serving dish and drizzle it with some of the toasted sesame oil.
