It may look really gross, but it honestly works. Get some fruit thats pretty easy to MASH, I use banana, but its upto you. ( Or you could use vegetables is another suggestion, but fruit it better for your skin ), and get some olive oil and mix it in. Also, sugar helps, but you dont need it.
You dont need to add in thousands of ingredients like it says on the other websites, just use the spare stuff in your cupboard!
