One thing you have to know, a woman can NEVER control a guy. Because then, he is never happy. A guy never likes to be with a clingy girl. First off, if he's flirting with other girls,
1. He's not loyal
2. He's not worth your time
How you can resolve this, you need to confront him. Face-to-face. You need to tell him in a calm, relaxed tone that him flirting with other girls is uncomfortable to you. And that it may be what he was doing before you two got together, but now that you two are together, it needs to stop. Because when you are in a relationship with somebody, you BOTH need to be on the same page.
If he is looking at other girls, there is one word for guys like that: PLAYER
