dear person who posted this question im not in high school but i have good advice you don't to have to sit with the preps goth or Chess club or even the nerds if you have friends make up your own table and just ask some of the not so cool but nice people to join you if you want to be a preps friend you just got to be your self and i f this a guy who posted this up same except instead of preps jocks . don't do drugs just to be cool because its not.

∙ 15y agoJust be yourself and talk to people. You may find that you have common interests. People and friends will open up to you if you're friendly. It can be difficult, but don't give up. when making friends at school, you have to be a little forceful when you first meet someone. just introduce yourself and try to talk about stuff you like. if you two dont click, try talking to someone else. if you just sit in a corner, you wont be approached. Be confident and be yourself.

I'm in year eleven in Victoria and my first day of high school was SO much fun! When you arrive it can feel a little bit overwhelming but DON'T STRESS! High school is by far the best school years you will ever have. You will make so many friends, especially on your first day. All of the teachers are really nice so if you need help, don't be afraid to ask for it! High school is different to primary school, much i found it much better. You attend different classes and the work is not much harder than grade six. You will learn lots, make lots of friends and have lots of fun, all at the same time! Just remember not to stress!
