This is a very strange request--most people want LESS smoke out of a diesel. If you wanted it to happen only once in a while, you could probably work out a way to inject oil into the exhaust, downstream of the turbocharger. If you wanted black smoke permanently, you'd have to bypass the turbo...but don't do that because (1) it's illegal to mess with emissions-control equipment (on a diesel, the turbo is one of the most important emissions control devices) and (2) your truck will run horribly, if you didn't break it outright.
A 2000 Dodge Ram diesel does not have an oxygen sensor.
What kind of star wheel or what is it related to.
It is in the side of the block behind the starter.

Trouble code P0753 means:Shift solenoid A electrical
They should be in the engins compartment fuse/relay panel.
It is below the injection pump on the back side of the front cover.
