I find that push-ups work very well.
To truly make your arms bigger you must remember to work your triceps (your triceps make up 2/3 of your arm size) by doing bench dips and to build up your biceps do heavy hammer curls
I'm a hard-gainer, and my arms are my most difficult part to get to grow, I have found a few principles that are making my arms finally grow. Biceps: First, I find that the lower part of the rep is where I get the best results, that is, from the time the arm is stretched straight to about a 45 degree angle, so I concentrate on that part, the upper part of the rep will help give you peak on your bicep, but thicker biceps look bigger unflexed, which is what someone with my long arms needs. A great excercise I've found to emphasis this portion of the reps is lying dumbell curls. Lay flat on a bench with light weights (you won't be able to do heavy weight in this excercise) held out to your sides, and proceed to curling them, bringing them up to 45 degrees and returning to full extension. If you go above 45 degrees, your skeleton will start supporting the weight, taking the load off your muscles. Triceps: Tricep pressdowns with the 45 degree bar work well, as do overhead extensions and skull crushers and kickbacks. My body type makes my arms heal quickly and therefore my muscles will start to atrophy quickly, so I must work my arms frequently, and keep a steady supply of protein in me. My metabolism tends to make it difficult to absorb all the protein out of ordinary food, so I drink protein drinks like 3 times a day, to keep a constant source of protein in my body for my muscles to absorb. GET THE PERFECT PUSHUP OR THE IRON GYM HTEY BOTH WORK GREAT!!!!!!!!!!
You can do pressups or go to the gym? drink lots of water to get rid of toxins, and eat evry 2-3 hours instead of like once a day or whatever.. also, dont overdo excersize, use heavier weights but dont do it more than 4 times a week cos they need to recover :)
eat a healthy diet, and lift wieghts.---a great way to lift wieghts (for bisep muscle) is above the head, in reps. of 8
it doesn't matter how long your limbs are, through stretches and exercises you can build up your muscles.
work out by lifting wights, or pretty much any labourus use of any muscle will improve it.
Women can gain muscle in their arms the same way that men do. You gain muscle mass by eating a healthy diet high in protein and exercising. Pushups are a good exercise to work arm muscles.
I can make my arms bigger by doing pushups everyday.by getting them erected
It makes you bigger and stronger for me at least it did.
Yes because the flab fills with muscle
no only by extending one
"Bigger" is so vague. The mouth is not longer than its arms.
Do dumbbell biecep curls and hammer curls Biecep curls would make your arm muscle bigger and taller Hammer curls would make your arm thicker
No, you hop higher because your arms are wider. But its harder to spin and barspins are harder with a bigger bar.
Air resistance is based on the mass of the object falling. This means that if you put your arms out and make a bigger mass, you will slow down. If you tuck your arms and make yourself smaller, you will fall faster.
Well you can eat cornbread and potatos to make your booty bigger .but just make sure you don't eat too much corn bread or you'll start to get bigger every were which means stomach, arms, legs, and so on
