∙ 8y agothe best way to grow your hair super long super fast is to eat healthy, because the nutrience you consuming will make your hair healthy aswell. try not to straighten or curl it as much as this will dry and damage your hair so always use a heat protect. Trim your hair a little bit every 3months this will prevent split ends meaning your hair will keep growing! Also sleep is a big issue make sure you get at least eight hours every night. Little known fact that stress will acutely stop your hair from growing long and will even make it fall out! if you are a very stressed person make time for your self 2-3 a week to just relax for a few hours or go for a spa treatment. this is pretty much all i know
