OK everyone, first let me make it clear why you want a red tongue, actually red tongue is sign of freshness, healthiness, strength etc etc, white tongue brings down your confidence level, and makes you feel strange kind of.
so am gonna give you a real quick remedy to deal with the problem.
first of all it is obvious to brush your teeth very thoroughly and regularly, secondly you have to buy a tongue swifter, it is a tool which removes the white coating from the tongue, and is to be used very cautiously. these are the two thing that will help you to great extent if not 100%.
further more i would recommend you following things;
1- drink lots and lots of water. (drink one glass of water every hour)
2- drink milk and cold yoghurt. (as much as you can)
3- honey
4- gargling with cold water
5- all kind of fruits
the above things will help you not only with your tongue problem but will also help you with healthy body. am not neither an expert nor a doctor, but am just a person who is trying to have a healthy and peaceful life. and as far as my motto goes, i think
healthy body = peaceful life.
