It's emotionally devistating when something so important is ripped from your life. We all need a time of mourning, whether it's the death of a loved one or the death of a relationship, it's all devistating.

DON'T go running around looking for a replacment. Get involved in a hobby or volunteer work, or even focus on your work. Whatever you do, you need to get busy doing something that reminds you that you have a life outside the former relationship.

Do some things for yourself; improve your appearance (weight loss, workouts, cloths), take some college classes
