I would suggest perhaps removing the seat and inspecting the wiring and plugs that operate the seat. Maybe a wire has come off or worn through over time from constant seat movement (like when you flip the seat back to get into rear seat)perhaps a plug has come off or has a loose connection. If that doesn't seem to do it go on E-bay (or an auto wrecker) and try and get yourself a cheap replacement seat switch. As with everything....time and patience...and a lot of swearing in the meantime!
switches are located on the lower side facing the door panel.
have you got the sterring lock on Maybe you forgot to push your brake -pedal. While pushing your shift handle will move.
You must have the key inserted and in the "on" position to move the gearshift. Check this first!!! Might be a bad clutch cable as well.
to remove simply move the steering column cover then move the key forward under the cylinder there will be a silver button push in and pull out the cylinder with key at the same time

ii + vi = viiii = vii = viiii + i + vi = viii
You should have a mechanic check your window to see if it is off track. If it is not, then they will be able to replace the computer so that your window works.
they dont? its solid, they cant move.
