If you mean how do you open tcsh instead of the default bash you need to open Terminal (in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder), select Preferences from the Terminal menu, select the Startup option and change the Shells open with: option from the default to Command and set the path to /bin/tcsh Close the Preferences window and Quit Terminal. When you launch Terminal it will use tcsh.
