This means if a shelter is a no kill shelter, the shelter will house all animals until someone adopts them or they stay in the shelter for the rest of their lives. A kill shelter will house animals for a length of time and if they are not adopted, the shelter puts them to sleep.(Forever)
Yes, you can turn a kill shelter into a no kill shelter, but you would need to be prepared to find a way to care for any animals that you were unable to find homes for.
Lots of animals are brought in the no kill animal shelter. There isnt really an exact number because every day animals are brought there!!(:
The shelter that puts down animals every week is called The mean shelter. It is called that because they kill so many animals every week. Another one is called the Put-down shelter.
They will become evil and kill you. BWA-ha-ha
It can kill them, their nests, their young, their food, their shelter, and a reason to not live.
I believe it depends on what kind of animal shelter you go to. There are two different kinds. The no kill and the kill.. If the regular kill shelter then you would have to deal with animals being put down left and right, BUT makes room for more animals to come through. Only problem is in my point of view is this, the animals being brought in to fill in the places of animals that have already or just been put down have a sightly longer life span just roaming free than in a 'kill shelter'. The no kill is similar but at the same time very different. It has its pros and cons just like the other one. The biggest pro for the no kill is just that, they don't kill their animals. They keep them till they get adopted or fostered then again at the same time if you want to look at it from a negative point of view, since they are 'no kill' then the animals not getting adopted are taking up space for who knows how long from other animals that could be brought in and saved. There you have it, the pros and cons of both animal shelter types. I for one am for the No Kill shelter but still gave the best pros and cons of both shelters. Hope this helped you.
No, the answer is no because either way they will die which will cause alot of evaporation in animals life keep them in a shelter without KILLING THEM
If they are at a no kill shelter, they will stay there until they are adopted. Some may go live with a foster family to free up space at the shelter. But, If it is a shelter where they put animals to sleep, they will be killed if they are not adopted after a certain amount of time. That amount of time varies depending on the policies of the given shelter. For some lucky cats at these "kill" shelters, sometimes a no kill shelter will come in and take them to their facility.
It takes out animals shelter, and, depending on the amount of water, it could kill the plants and animals.
it can hold many animals it depends on the shelter and there policy. for insint if there policy is "accsept any animal" then they can hold from 40-60. but if its a "accsept only healthy animals" then it could be form 20-40.
cut down trees kill the local animals and plat crops plus build shelter.
