im not sure but i have a 94 bravada and it has an oil filtre relocator kit on it from the factory, i have to pull my air filter box up to get to it, its probably located close to the radiator, check all the lines coming from the radiator as your blazer probably has an oil cooler in the radiator, hope i helped. sharris@maplenet.net if you have any more gm questions There is an access door on the driver's side just behind the front bumper.
