ANXIETY, RESTLESSNESS AND TENSION The embryo or fetus does not seek freedom to break open womb "the prison" in which they live. A bud does not seek to blossom instantly into flower. A seed does not seek freedom to become a tree instantly. A musician does not seek freedom to express rhythm and melody instantly. What makes you anxious and tense? What makes you restless? Is it lack of freedom? No! Being in disharmony and discord with nature make you isolated, anxious, restless and tense! The freedom of unrestricted indulgence/exploitation or abstinence/deprivation in sexual and other physical pleasures leaves you empty and pitiable at the end. Freedom is therefore being one with the nature's innate and "timed" melody and harmony! Freedom is liberty to enjoy this triumphant cosmic romance! This you can certainly achieve through NAMASMARAN and excel in your own and global blossoming! It is for you to verify this revitalizing, rejuvenating and liberating power of NAMASMARAN!

Relax for a moment and do some sports outdoors, such as playing Basketball or jogging. Or maybe you just try and think about something different then the problem or just don't think about it, because that just makes you more tense. It should be said however that simply avoiding the problem and ignoring it will not make it go away and can often make you feel worse when whatever it is that's making you tense sneaks back into your mind.
