be more bold... decide that you are going to be happy with the way you are... if you ask a boy/girl out and he/she says no that is ok because there are more people to love... if people make fun of you then walk away or take a day to think of come backs and use those... if your parents say you are worth nothing then either block it out or for a last resort... talk to a teacher or somebody you trust and ask them to help you get a social worker to take you to a foster family... that may not be very good but it will get you away from your parents... i understand you might be over the age of 18 so the parent to foster family thing might b e irrelevent... i hope this helped!
