You can set up a signature to automatically place some information a couple of lines down from the end of your message, so it would appear something like this: Yours sincerely, John Smith Owner of Smith's Inc www.smithsinc.com The last two lines could be your signature, but you can set this up however you want. If you are talking about literally copying and pasting a piece of information, highlight what you want to copy, press the Control (Ctrl) button, and whilst holding it down, press the C button. Then, in the email, do the same, except press V instead of C.
The keyboard short cut would be Ctrl C for copy and Ctrl V for paste. Select the text you need to copy. Enter Ctrl C. Go to the destination where you would like to paste.Enter Ctrl V and you are done.

Copy all the text from the email with Ctrl+C and paste it into a text document with Ctrl+V, save the document and drag the document in the external hard drive and Done you have all your emails as a back up.
An easy way is to copy and paste the email to a word document or something, then save the word document to your pen drive.I'm a computer whizzz
The only way I have figured out to save an email to your hard drive is, cut and paste the text into a text document and save.

If you use Windows Live Mail or Microsoft Outlook you can copy the file and paste it directly to your flash drive.
Click on the locker and then type you email and then check you emails and copy and paste the code in the emaila nd then it should be unlocked! Hope it works for you it worked for me!
