Im afraid you cant. When creating your penguin, you MUSTgive a valid e-mail adress. If you dont have one, go to a Hotmail, Yahoo, Google Mail, or any other e-mail website and click create an account. This is because some people make accounts just to take up user ID's and they shouldn't. So you can have one penguin for every valid e'mail adress.
