This can only be a very general answer as I am in England, have lived in Pennsylvania and the laws/rules are different between countries and states. Your driving instructor should be able to give you information on what you are likely to have to do in the theory test, and you can buy a book of questions and answers as you can for other tests/exams. As far as the practical exam goes there is nothing like getting behind the wheel of a car and just doing it. As I said this is very general, here in the UK you can practise in the family car and don't have to have professional lessons then you take your test on the road. In PA you take your test on a designated course, and I know that in some states you can only take lessons from a registered instructor. You just have to work out what works where you are. You may also be able to buy a CD-rom/DVD or similar to help you.
One can take the commercial drivers license practice test online or at one's local DMV. States' DMVs also offer online practice tests on the DMV website.

I believe that the tests are fairly similar from state to state, however I did find a site that has a "Practice" test for the Kentucky drivers license. I think this site will provide your daughter with a good sample of what she can expect for the written component of her License. http://migration.kentucky.gov/kytc/practicedriversexam/

No. It's not just the license that's suspended, it's your right to have a license.
A sample drivers license test looks like what a real licensing test. It will ask you a series of questions about rules of the road, sign definitions and multiple choice question pertaining to driving. These sample tests are also known as practice tests can prepare you for the questions that you will be required to answer on the written exam.
