Paneer - 200gms cut into cubes
Gram Flour - About 2 cups
Red chilly Powder - 1/4 spn
Pepper Powder - 1/4 spn
Corriander powder - 1/4 spn
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spn
Salt
Ajwain - 1 tsp

Mix all except paneer in a bowl. Add enough water so that the batter is of dipping consistency and should cling to the fork. Heat oil in a wok. When it is hot, dip the paneer pieces in the batter and fry till golden brown.
