Racism is something that has occurred, I am sure, since the beginning of mankind. It has happened towards all types of people, no matter the race. When someone is racist, there is no explanation for it other than ignorance. However, remember that a lot of people were raised with it. As humans, we learn by what we see, and if racism is all they ever saw growing up, how are they to know it is wrong? When it comes to these situations, there is nothing better than to just walk away. If anything, you should feel sorry for them. People like that are so close minded that there is no way they will ever see the true beauty of this Earth or appreciate it because they are so blinded by their own ignorance. It is truly a sad case. Pray for them. It could change their lives and yours more than you will ever know.
Someone smarter than me once said that when a bee stung him, it hurt, but he learned to pity the bee because it was going to die. When a person says something racist, pity them - they are fools, and live in very small, frightening world. You are above all that.

∙ 12y agoSadly, you can't prevent racism. You can't prevent racism because people have the right to think and say what they want to about people and it is not right. What happened in the past about different colors shoud'NT effect the way we live today because things are much different now then the way things were before. All you can do is try to be friends with the nice people and keep your comments to yourself.
