Write to your MP. Type the name of where you live and 'write to MP' into a search engine. If your American I think its your senate? Not really sure but its the same deal. Encourage as many people as you can to do the same. If a few hundred people wrote it could be seen as an outcry.

In your letter say that British/American companies should be subject to British/American law when operating/contracting from outside the U.K/U.S.A.

Educate yourself on the issue. Visit Waronwant and read Naomi Klein's 'No Logo'. The more you know the better equipped you'll be to tackle people on the issue.
