To program the remote for a MCV20 / SXV20 camry you need the master programmed key (it's the black one you would have gotten originally with the car.
you place the key in the ignition with the headlights off and the interior light off turn the car from "off" to "on" 3 or 5 times rapidly (but do not start the car). the dash security light will come on and stay on. this means the car is in program mode. you then simply press the remote button and your new remote is now programmed.
additional: your old remote will not work unless you programme it at the same time as the new one.
You have to have the dealership program a key less entry remote for 2011 Toyota Camry.

remote receiver
You can't. Only a Toyota dealer can program the transponder key as it has a chip inside the key and has to communicate with the engine in order to start the car. Toyota dealer charges 1/2 hour of labor about $42 to program. Now the remote is easy...but not the key.

what is the step by step process for programming a key for a 2007 Toyota camry for the lock, unlock, trunk
That depends on kind of key you have. Smart keys need TIS Toyota software and special cable also activation for key replacement.
Ask Toyota to give you a spare key.
Check your owners manual. If you don't have one check related link below. You may have to register as a Toyota owner / exc. to be able to get access. Hope this helps
