How do you program radio for Honda Accord after replace battery?

Depending on the year! The stock radio on my 1990 accord required a 4 digit code in order to program. Just obtain the serial number on the bottom of the radio and take it to your nearest Honda dealer and they'll give you the code that's required!
A much easier way is to go to the link I will post and sign up at Honda Owner Link. With the VIN number you can get the code for free if it is the OEM radio and you do not have to remove the radio to get the serial number.
