Go to a dealer and pay ~$40. And yes you do need a special key that also has to be programmed.

You can do it yourself as well, but like it says about you need a programmable key.
You can get this key online and then take it to a key shop to make you a copy.
Process:
You have to turn off all the electronics in the car (ex. Radio, lights etc)
2. Put the original key in the ignition and turn it half way, so you can hear it beep.
3. Wait for it to stop beeping
4. Pull out that key and then put in the copy, do the same thing, and wait for the beeping to stop.
5. As soon as it stops beeping pull it out, and put it back in and turn the key.
6. Car should start :D
