Well, it is very hard to do, but it can be done.
1. You must clean A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. You must get along with your sisters or brothers
3. You must talk to your parent(s) by saying things like how you are always running around and they might want to know where you are, and how you have grown and that you can be responsible enough for one and it also depends on your age, since your parents probably wont get you a phone if you are under 10. If your parents didn't get you a phone yet, and your over 10, they either
a: don't trust you
b: think its obsessive/addictive
c: can't afford one
Make sure it's not one of those reasons.
